Lea’s Approach to Counselling

Lea draws on a range of therapeutic modalities, including Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychoeducation, Mindful and Somatic Psychotherapy (Hakomi), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and non-sectarian Chaplaincy Counselling. 

Lea works in a way that is client centred, valuing the clients lead in exploring their difficulties at their own pace and in their own way - she sees her role as a guide in this process.
